With more than 35 years of experience in education, I've dedicated my career to helping schools become places where students thrive, teachers feel valued, and leaders inspire excellence.

Throughout my career, I've served as a classroom teacher, coach, assistant principal, principal at the elementary, middle, and high school levels, district-level director, and executive director. These experiences have given me a unique perspective on the challenges school leaders face and the opportunities they have to create extraordinary schools.

I believe that great schools don't happen by accident. They're built intentionally through strong leadership, positive culture, meaningful relationships, and a shared commitment to excellence.
